
Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service

Notice Period: All cancellations must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled start of services.
Less Than 7 Days Notice: If the cancellation is received less than seven (7) business days before the scheduled start, 50% of the total service fee minus the non-refundable deposit will be retained.

A $100 booking fee is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to a documented medical emergency of the pet owner or the furry friend, but please note it will otherwise go towards the final balance.

A surcharge will be added for locations outside a 5-mile radius of Old Town Scottsdale (zip code 85251).
6-10 miles: $10 surcharge
11-15 miles: $20 surcharge
16+ miles: Pricing upon request

Kindly note that a surcharge per day applies to major Holidays and adjacent dates, and will be communicated when booking.

By booking services with Domino Dawgs by Danya, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and the highest level of care for your pet(s).
Services Provided
Services include, but are not limited to: Daily Pop-In Visits, Live-In Stays, Constant Care, Full-Day Care, and Add-Ons (e.g., cleaning projects, plant care, pet taxi).
Specific services and schedules will be outlined in a Care Plan Summary provided to the Client upon booking.
Key/Access Management
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary keys, codes, or access instructions for the Pet Sitter to enter the home.
Any changes to access during the service period must be communicated immediately.
Behavioral Issues and Aggression
The Client must disclose any behavioral issues or special needs of their pet(s) (e.g., aggression, anxiety).
The Pet Sitter reserves the right to decline or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk.
No refunds will be issued for services already provided in such cases.
Additional Pet Fees
Service rates cover care for up to three (3) pets.
Additional pets will incur a fee of $35 per pet/day.
Holidays and Peak Times
A holiday surcharge of $30++/day applies for bookings during major holidays.
Availability for peak times is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.
Payment and Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking to secure the service.
The remaining balance is due on the first day of services.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional charges.
Veterinary Release
In the event of a medical emergency, the Pet Sitter will make every effort to contact the Client. If unreachable, the Pet Sitter is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.
The Client must provide emergency contact and veterinary information prior to the start of services.
Media Agreement
By booking services, the Client grants permission for Domino Dawgs by Danya to take photos or videos of their pet(s) for social media and promotional purposes.
No personally identifiable information (e.g., addresses) will appear in media.
Clients may opt out by notifying the Pet Sitter in writing prior to the start of services.
Liability
The Pet Sitter is not liable for injuries or damages caused by the pet(s) to themselves, other animals, property, or people during the service period.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Domino Dawgs by Danya against all claims arising from the care of their pet(s).
Agreement Acknowledgment
By booking services with Domino Dawgs by Danya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Dominos Dawgs reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. However, significant changes will be communicated in advance. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or other communication platforms. It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
